I once went on an elk hunt in extreme northern British Columbia. The scenery was simply spectacular, and I enjoyed this fellow's company as my guide for a week. We talked a lot during the week, and when I offered him the customary tip at the end of the week, he asked if I'd paint him instead. I was honored to do so. It was a great experience and a successful hunt.
