My wife really likes still lifes, and she collects all kinds of objects that she thinks would be interesting in them. She composed this setup, and it was really fun to paint the reflections on the brass vase and the tabletop. Acrylic can be a great medium when the subject lends itself to the characteristics of acrylic. This one worked really well.
