The human figure has been an integral subject of art from the very beginnings of art. Many of these paintings were inspired simply by the desire to depict the human form. The drawings were done in a figurative drawing sessions held weekly at the Art Associaion in Jackson; most were completed in about one half hour. All drawing dimensions are approximate, as they are unframed on paper.
