SMITH WINS WYOMING CONSERVATION STAMP CONTEST

Bill Smith's painting "Dancing on Ice" recently won first place in the 2009 Wyoming Conservation Stamp contest. The subject for the contest was the Great Grey owl. The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will print 300,000 of the stamps, which are sold to sportsmen/women to raise funds for wildlife in Wyoming, and will print a limited edition of the painting for collectors. Artist's proof prints will be offered for sale on this website shortly.
